Sirup od višanja


Potrebno:
2 kg višanja
1600 g šećera

Priprema:

  • višnje očistimo i izvadimo im koštice (koštice nije obavezno izvaditi)
  • stavimo višnje u jednu veliku zdjelu, posipamo s 600 g šećera i ostavimo pokirveno 24 sata da višnje puste sok
  • nakon predviđenog vremena procijedimo sok, izmiješamo ga s preostalom količinom šećera te stavimo na vatru
  • nakon što zavri kuhamo još oko 5 minuta
  • oberemo pjenicu koja je nastala, te sirup ulijevamo u zagrijane staklenke
  • zatvorimo te ostavimo da se ohladi, a potom ih spremimo na hladno i tamno mjesto do uporabe
  • od ove količine se dobije oko 2 litre sirupa

  1. Pravila sam često sirup od višnje, ali bez kuhanja. Samo višnje + šećer, i stoji na suncu dok višnje ne ispuste sav sok. Može trajati godinama a ne kuha se, da se ne izgube vitamini.

    • E sad čula sam i ja za tu verziju bez kuhanja, ali pošto smo željeli brzo piti sok, odlučila sam se za ovu verziju… za koju godinu dok naraste moja višnja moći ću isprobati i način bez kuhanja :)
